Cat and Dog Boarding and Daycare

Whether you’re going out of town for a week and need to board your pet or they just need some occupation while you’re at work all day, we’ll be more than happy to accommodate you. At Midwest Animal Hospital, we believe our cat and dog boarding and daycare guests deserve to enjoy their time with us as much as possible. Our attendants and supervisors treat each pet like their own, and go above and beyond to ensure their comfort.

We know how difficult it is to be separated from a pet, even if only for a day or two. Rest assured, your companion is in the best hands at our boarding and daycare facilities here in Orland Park. Boarding for Dogs and Cats

When your pet boards with us, we will do all that we can to make them feel welcome. Dogs can enjoy private play time with our staff members, or engage in supervised group play with other dogs.

Accommodations your pet can expect at our boarding facility include:

  • A separate, quiet boarding wing for cats

BOARDING PRICING LISTED ABOVE ARE PER NIGHT, PER PET.
During major holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) there is a $5 additional charge for the day before, day of and day after the major holiday.

Dog Daycare*

If you feel guilty about leaving your pet at home all day while you’re at work or running errands, why not enroll them in our daycare? Our 5,000-square foot facility includes large indoor and outdoor play areas and an inground pool. Daycare guests are always supervised and attended by trained staff members, who will be more than happy to shower your pet with affection and help them burn off energy. For less social pets, our staff members can arrange private play sessions.

*Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed/neutered.
**Daycare reservations are recommended since we do book up fast.  Reservations can be made within 48 hours of the desired date.

Boarding and Daycare Requirements

You need to have proof of vaccinations prior to dropping off your pet for boarding or daycare. If they are not up-to-date on all of their vaccinations, we can vaccinate at drop-off time. The required vaccinations include:

Cats

  • Rabies
  • FVRCP (Distemper)
  • 6-month Bordetella
  • Negative stool simple in last 12 months

Dogs

  • Rabies
  • DHPP (Distemper)
  • Influenza
  • 6-month Bordetella
  • Negative stool sample in last 12 months
